The minimalistic approach at the developement of this floating kite becomes manifest in its reduced light construction and the well-balanced, elegant flight characteristic.

The kite is smooth: agreable light pull in the hand, long airtimes, a lot of time to prepare the next move, easy to control. Assembling and handling are so simple, that everybody has a lot of fun with this kite.

Due to the low aspect ratio the kite floats relaxed, almost in slow motion.

The De tomaso volante is very easy to fly for the first-time user, but also for experienced people flying the elegant slo-mo style. The kite will reward your crisp inputs with slow floating extended airtimes.

The optional Stabilizer extends the wind range. In stronger winds the flights with the kite will be lively-stable, or in smooth wind even static. Thus, you are able to use a unique wind spectrum, high up in the sky or playful on a short line without wind.

Choose your flying line for the volante: a short Zero.5 or Zero.6 on Microwinder in the Tube for urban zero wind flights. Plus the Stabilizer and a long Zero.5 or Zero.4 on reel for high flights in wind too.
