1. Shipping:
Shipping is done via Swiss-Post: registered, with insurance and tracking. As soon as your package was shipped, we will send an e-mail with the tracking number.
Typical postal service delivery times: Switzerland: 1-2 workdays, Europe: 3-6 workdays, North America 5-9 workdays, Japan and the world 8-12 workdays.
Whenever possible, the postal service will deliver the package directly to your address. If not, you must pick up the sending within a few days at the post office to avoid a return to sender.
2. European VAT:
Deliveries to the European Union: the EU-VAT is charged at receive in your country by the postal service.
3. High flights with kites:
Respect the laws relating to kite flying in your country:
Switzerland: the maximum allowed altitude is limited to 60 m.
Germany: the maximum allowed line length attached to the kite is 100 m.
