Prices, VAT, taxes, tariffs, EU Customs Reform 2026<\/h2>\r\n

The prices are excl. VAT, because only in Switzerland 8.1% are applied. Swiss customers see the VAT at checkout.<\/p>\r\n

Shipping to USA: no taxes, but since October 2026, a new, complicated pocedure has taken effect, in addition to the tariffs. At the moment, we are actually unable to accept shop orders from the united states. Please contact us by email for urgent cases.<\/p>\r\n

Shipping to countries in the European Union: VAT is payable to your local postal service at delivery. Have a marvelous flight anyway \u2026<\/p>\r\n

The 2026 EU customs reform has been in effect since November 1. Physical shipping remains as reliable as it has been in all the recent years. However, orders from within the EU are now only possible for 170 euros or more. On the other hand, shipping costs are very affordable.<\/p>\r\n

Payment options<\/h2>\r\n

Transfer to our Post Finance account, the details are shown in the order e-mail. In Europe, SEPA conform transactions are free. Please use this modern method within the european union.<\/p>\r\n

PayPal: You will be redirected to the PayPal login page. After your payment through paypal, you will get a confirmation email from us and one from Paypal, both within a few seconds. No charges for you.<\/p>\r\n

Credit card payments are now available again, and is as popular as ever: Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, and any other cards processed by Stripe.<\/p>\r\n

Apple Pay on an iPhone or on a Desktop using the Safari browser. To ensure secure shipping, you provide your exact, current location during checkout on horvath.ch.<\/p>\r\n

Twint for Swiss customers: The widely used Twint is the fifth payment method available for shipping or pickup in Zurich. Here, too, you enter your exact, current mailing address so that your kite arrives safely at the correct location.<\/p>\r\n

The Email Confirmation<\/h2>\r\n

The entire email system has undergone security changes in recent years. Not every message automatically ends up in your inbox anymore. As a result, transactional emails from online stores often end up in the spam folder.<\/p>\r\n

If you haven't received a confirmation from us within a few seconds, please let us know and I\u2019ll resend the confirmation manually. It might not be until the next morning, but at least you\u2019ll get it. The shipping emails with your tracking number are sent from our own system\u2014those always arrive.<\/p>\r\n

Swiss Franc - CHF - \u00a0is the currency in Switzerland. For a long time, you could also choose your preferred currency - the euro \u20ac or the U.S. dollar $ - in our shop. However, due to the somewhat too volatile international situation, all prices are currently set exclusively in Swiss francs.<\/p>\r\n
